Diversity, equality and inclusion are at the core of who we are. Coaching comes with the power and responsibility to help anyone thrive, regardless of colour, religious faith, class, gender, or sexual preference. We are committed to demonstrate our dedication to more inclusive, respectful, and bonded workplaces, families, and society.

The coaching industry itself is over-represented by white and relatively privileged individuals. This diminishes the diversity that would enrichen perspectives and reduces its ability to best serve underprivileged communities.

We are working to change this.

Our Commitments

  • The coaches and partners we collaborate with are trained on the topics of diversity, equality, and inclusion.

  • Our coaches and partners have different backgrounds and cultural experiences.

  • We use a variety of approaches, responsive to the diversity of needs and preferences of our clients.

  • We ongoingly question and challenge ourselves about our own biases; we don’t believe we have all the answers.

  • We listen carefully to our clients: we ask what they stand for, we learn about their context and the role of inclusion in it.

  • We call out, with compassion but conviction, the biases we encounter, conscious or unconscious.

  • We encourage people to reflect on the impact of their actions, and to reduce deeply ingrained inequalities, so that they contribute to a more sustainable, respectful, and inclusive future.

  • We welcome opportunities to work with people if they need support with issues related to diversity, inclusion, and equality in their life and in the workplace.

  • We encourage people to practice inclusion through simple, daily actions with people closest to them, at home as well as at work.
